Privacy Notice: Expansion Market Sounding Questionnaire

This privacy notice tells you what to expect when you provide personal information to Heathrow Airport Ltd (Heathrow) as the contact point for your company or organisation to take part in the Heathrow Expansion Programme (Expansion) Market Sounding exercises, questionnaires and events. Heathrow is committed to protecting your personal information when you respond to Heathrow market engagement requests or register for bulletins, contracting opportunities, events and further information.

How will Heathrow use the information it collects about me?

The personal information that you provide will be held by Heathrow only for the purpose of obtaining information regarding companies and organisations in order to improve and develop our market intelligence to inform the commercial strategies for the Expansion of Heathrow and to assist in our future engagement activities.

Your personal information will therefore be processed by Heathrow on the grounds that we have a legitimate interest to use the personal information we collect to engage further with you in connection with developing and progressing our plans for the Expansion of Heathrow.

Your information will be handled and will be used by Heathrow and our trusted third parties including professional advisers. We will keep your information within Heathrow and our trusted third parties except where disclosure is required by law, for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies.

Your information is processed only within the European Economic Area (EEA).
